The following general terms and conditions describe and regulate the conditions for commercial transactions with VLAB srl. In case of legal complications legal jurisdiction is exercised by Italian Republic.
VLAB srl aim and business is production and marketing, which means as much as possible area-wide initiation and realisation of sales as well as promotion and initiation of promotion and marketing. Our products are products for musical instruments care. The sales area is worldwide and the purchases can be done just from our web site. An order confirmation still can be cancelled by us, if a change in the development of the commercial transaction occurs.
Payment must be done at the moment of the order submittance, this means that after the order is placed, we ask the customer to wait for our definite information. The only methods of payment accepted is via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
The extended reservation of property rights applies to all of our commercial transactions, which means that the goods stay property of VLAB srl until complete payment through the customer is done.
Sales Tax of the statutory amount is included in all prices quoted by us. Merchants can buy with net price only if they have an accepted sales tax identification number (VAT-number) and if the goods are delivered to their verified address outside Italy or their address outside the EU where no VAT-number is needed. Every sort of custom taxes, depending on which country we will ship, are fully at customer debit, so before place your order please check you customs taxes.
We induce delivery by order of the customer at his own risk. The transfer of perils for the shipment is transferred at the moment of sending off the goods from the place of dispatch. This is effective worldwide, because there might be laws in other countries which could cause us to become liable for circumstances we do not know about. We handle shipment for customers, any kind of trouble with the courier is a customer care. We will give all the details of the shipment and give full help to customers if they have trouble with their shipment. If the customer chose the standard postage we are not responsible for delay in delivery and we will not send other product if the first delivery doesn't arrive since we cannot have control on that expedition.
IF A CLIENT CHOSE THE CHEAPEST DELIVERY WITHOUT TRACKING NUMBER HE WILL KEEP RESPONSABILITY IN THE CASE THE GOOD WILL BE NOT DELIVERED, SINCE WE WILL USE THE STANDARD POSTAGE SERVICE THAT IS NOT TRACKABLE AND WE CANNOT CONTROL IF HE RECEIVE OR NOT THE GOODS. NO REFUND IS DUE IN THIS CASE.
We reserve the right to send partial delivery if it makes sense referring to the additional transport costs or other reasons. We try to fulfil any wish of the customer. The date of delivery can change afterwards in some cases, because of which our statements are non-binding to avoid juristical complications. In regular condition we dispatch the order between 72 hours, but if some extraordinary condition will occurs and we don’t ship the order between 14 working days, the order is automatically deleted and the total amount fully refund.

Checking the pack conditions and if it’ s not in good shape sign the courier receipt with reserve.
Checking goods immediately after receipt is highly recommended in addition to report possible damages to the deliveryman / shipping company and/or our company, in order to find a solution for the problem as soon as possible.
Delayed report of transport damages causes after 7 days exclusion of liability through the shipping company. Default of acceptance is equal to acceptance of shipment.
Any pictures, texts and other advertising material used for promotion is generally our intellectual property. It may only be used, forwarded or copied after our written authorisation. In case of promotional use our authorship has to be mentioned in a definite way.
Place of delivery and payment is Milano. Place of jurisdiction for any claim from legal relationship between us and our customers is Milano. The place of jurisdiction is exclusive for any claims against us. We may claim against the customer at any other legally responsible court of law. This agreement on jurisdiction does not apply for enterprises who are not merchants.
We are not legally liable for any damages of goods which we did not cause or which where unforeseeable. This also applies to any act to complete a contract.
Legal jurisdiction is exercised by Italian Republic. Jurisdiction for both parties is Italy.
